Connect, Create, Commune -Women's Retreat

Every now and then we need a place for a soft landing. A safe, nurturing environment where we can reflect and hear ourselves think; where we can be witnessed by a small group of women and we can witness them. We can set aside our daily life duties for a day and go within. This is kind of like a date with yourself.

We will spend the morning learning the ancient practice of Journeying. Journeying is a simple rhythm-based approach, used by cultures around the world, for entering into a slightly altered state. When we sing, dance, rattle, whistle, and drum, alone or in community, we can become uninhibited to begin to perceive the subtle dimensions of reality that we coexist with, but routinely overlook.
